Please call TKPD Records (269) 567-7523 to schedule your fingerprinting appointment.  Take note of what identification and documentation you will need to bring to your appointment based on what you need your fingerprints for.  Please note: TKPD only accepts cash or check at this time.

For concealed pistol licenses (CPLs), please bring

1. Receipt from the County Clerk's Office
2. $15.00 cash or check
3. Photo ID
4. Social Security number.

For fingerprints for employment, please bring

1. Photo ID
2. Completed Live Scan form with Agency ID
3. $70.00 cash or check.

For ink fingerprints (e.g. expungements, out-of-state employment, medical licensing, name changes, etc.), please bring

1. Photo ID
2. $20.00 cash or check for the first card, and $10.00 for each additional card.
