Board of Trustees Special Meeting: September 5, 2023 @ 3:00 P.M.

Please take notice that the Township Board of the Charter Township of Kalamazoo will conduct a special meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 2023,
commencing at 3:00 p.m. for purposes of receiving an attorney-client privileged communication in a closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) for consideration of legal issues and options pertaining to human resource functions. The Township Board will reconvene in an open session after the conclusion of the closed session and may take any lawful action in an open session.
